Sandiaga Religious Tourism Value Needs to be Enhanced

Channel Nasional. Vice President number 02 Sandiaga Uno made a pilgrimage to the tomb of Sultan Maulana Yusuf in Serang, Banten today. His visit was at once in touch with Banten residents.

Sandi said that the tomb of Sultan Maulana Yusuf is a religious tourism that needs to be developed. He also considered that currently religious tourism still lacks the government's attention.

"I see that religious tourism has potential and needs to be developed, as we see the entrance is still very limited, and has not been promoted as a tourist attraction," Sandi said.
Sandi also promised that if he and Prabowo were elected as President and Vice-President, it would raise up a halal economy and religious tourism in Banten.

"This can lift religious tourism and the halal industry which is the foundation of Prabowo-Sandi to open jobs and help local communities enjoy economic revival, that will be our focus. And the government must be there to help develop historic sites so that economic movements can local, "he concluded.
